Reinstalling mac os from macbook with no mac os

Basically i used BootCamp to run Windows on my MacBook, but while trying to resize my partition storage on windows i accidentally deleted my whole mac os storage. So now im stuck on windows 10 unable to go back to mac os (since i deleted it).

While trying to find a solution i found this old thread: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7466756

After following the apple recovery steps to reinstall mac os x i've created an empty disk on mini partition tool wizard (on windows) so i could reinstall the mac os in there. But now it's telling me the disk is locked. Is there any fix for this? I named the disk mac os.

Do not use MPT. It is the worst tool to use on a Mac and should be banned on Macs.

If you had a macOS version newer than Yosemite (10.10.x) on this disk, you will run into issues. Resizing/modifying partitions is a risky endeavor, unless you understand GPT, MBR and partitioning, this causes grief and pain.

Quit out of the installer, click on Utilities -> Terminal, and post a photo of

diskutil list

We are interested in the internal disk(s).You can ignore any disk images, which are part of Recovery.

Also, see the links for reference.

Oh it did seem like your name sounded familiar, you are indeed the guy on the apple thread i linked above.

Im very grateful for your reply but i think I've reached a point of total stalemate.

While using MPT. i made a (YES ANOTHER) big mistake, i got a partition wrong while creating an empty disk, so now not only my mac os is gone but my windows 10 system is on an autorepair mode loop, I've tried for 2 hours to follow guides to fix the auto repair but to no avail.

After reaching this point, since i couldn't even access windows 10, i decided to make a bootable usb with EL Capitan on it. Im totally at loss and i cant find any other option for me to use at this point.

And btw i had (at least i think) the latest catalina version, but i dont think it really matters since I've deleted it with MPT.

The bootable usb in the other hand is still in the process of restoring image disk on my usb drive and it's currently on 45%.

I will surely let you know when if i succeed on this.
