iPad Pro Shutdowns at 100% battery repeatedly after restarting until it is 99% . How to solve this Battery issue with iPad?

My iPad Pro is behaving weird.

It shuts down when its 100 % charged
I try to restart, it shows 0% battery
After couple of restart attempts, it restarts
If its still 100% it shutdown in another 5-6 seconds.
The above loop continues until it is 99%, it functions normal post that.
