Hello community hope you are all staying safe and preparing for more changes ahead in our world.

I was trying to find the trash category in my elderly friends mail. She lost all her emails and I have never seen anything like it before. She now can’t send out our receive any mail either. She has an iPad mini. None of her pass words are working anymore either. I reset it but not a complete factory reset and no change. Thanks, Bill

Hello,

You should be able to find Trash or Archive by hitting the back button in Mail > Scroll down.
