My macbook pro 2018’s hinges are loose and the screen glitches/flickers sometimes, i have apple care, what should i do?

i don’t understand why i have this issue, i have bought it in april 2019 and the problem occurred a few months after my purchase. i have been so busy with my work that i had no time to send it to get it fixed. by the time i wanted to send it in, the virus started spreading and now i am not able to.

If you contact Apple Support, they will be able to organise a mail in service to get your Mac repaired. This usually takes around 5-7 business days from the day you send off your Mac to having it back and you will be emailed a repair cost before it is serviced.

You could also book an appointment at the Apple store (if they have reopened in your region) to discuss repair options, costs and have your Mac repaired.
