Not responding touch

Hello, I have a problem with the touch on my iPhone X. I still had a problem when he was in the warranty and the display was replaced. But after half a year, there is a problem again. But I have no guarantee this time. The phone was purchased from my mobile operator on 14.12.2017. Is there a guarantee for the service in which the display has been changed or is it necessary to pay the full amount? Thank you for your response
