Just purchased a new 128GB iPhone 7 from AT&T. Connected new iPhone to old iPhone to transfer data. New iPhone downloads ios 13.5.1. After the download completes "Install Now" is displayed with whirling circle next to it. The phone is hung right there. I've tried it three times, always the same result. Phone is fully charged and plugged in. Any ideas?

Fourth time is a charm. The problem seems to be my incredibly slow (satellite) internet connection. Even though there was no indication that the download didn't happen, something must not have been right. I went to town and used a reasonably fast internet. The download was done in 10 - 15 minutes instead of 10 - 15 hours and went on to install and transfer data.
