Facetime stopped working. Now in a continuous loop when requests access to other files.

Hi,
If you mean the app is looking for a file before it can run (Sys in FaceTime/Contents or possibly Application Support) then you will need to Restore the OS.
This can be done by Restarting the computer holding down the CMD and R keys together.
