iPassword App Crashed Lost all password data.

Has anybody contacted Apple support about third party Apps crashing/stopped working after a new iPhone upgrade purchased? Lost all data. Recently upgraded my iPhone7 to IPhone 11each time I open iPassword it crashed. I deleted app then reinstalled purchased app. Restored lost data, worked for 2 mins. The it crashed again. Will not open iPassword. Lost A lot of data, all password data. Contacted Apple support can not help with third part app. not compatible with iPhone11.
