Internal Speakers disappeared after upgrade

I have a Macbook Pro with touch bar. When I open an app that requires sound, I lose the function of the volume keys. There is no internal speakers in Sound. But, I can connect to sound when I use airpods.

Is this a systems upgrade glitch? It’s like the internal speakers were turned off. What can I do?
