Video narrations in Keynote

Is it possible to embed video narrations in keynote presentations? The latest version of powerpoint on a Microsoft machine allows you to do video (rather than just audio) narration, and I wondered if that is possible yet in keynote?

I work in Higher Education, and the ability to do more than just a narrated presentation is becoming increasingly important with a lot of learning moving online at the current time.

Keynote does not have a dedicated tool to make a movie recording, but to do this, open QuickTime Player in the Applications folder, goto File > New Movie Recording and press the red button, save the file then drag onto a Keynote slide.
