Hi

None of the iCloud calendar, family and contact folders in Outlook 365 would open after the Windows 10.2004 upgrade and you got a message that the folders could not be opened in Outlook, even though the iCloud for Windows App was running and logged-in with Outlook ticked on the PC and the iCloud Outlook Add-in was showing as active in Outlook options.

I think the Add-in did not reinstall properly when Windows upgraded as the iCloud Refresh, Notifications and sharing settings icons were not present on the task bar in Outlook either. I tried to Modify the settings in the Windows/Settings/apps/ iCloud Outlook App without success and then tried the help pages and community forums with no luck.

However I am pleased to say that I have now solved the problem by logging out of iCloud for Windows on the PC and removing and reinstalling the iCloud for Windows App and have got access back to all the folders that wouldn't open and iCloud photos without the loss of any data.
