iPhone 7 screen recording at 480p

So I was screen recording one of my games and then I uploaded it to YouTube and the max quality was 480p. Is it normal for an iPhone 7 to record at 480p? My iPhone is using iOS 13.5, btw.

The iPhone 7 can record with more detail than 480p. Check Settings > Camera > Record Video.
