Airpods

There is connectivity issue in my airpods..

firstly i have charged it fully

secondly i have done all the reset options as told to me by apple operator

so now thirdly

the issues which i am facing is as soon as i place it in my ears the airpods get connected and after say about 5-10 mins it goes of automatically it discnncts automatically either one goes of or both of them goes off inspite of having full batteries on them and in the case...

my firmware software all versions are upto date ...even the iphone software is upto date

please help me with some solutions if there is anyone else facing the same issue as me
