Dual Monitor Screen Orientation

I have a Mac mini connected to two TV screens hung on the wall vertically. I could display a dual screen on both TV's with the screens orientation vertical across both. I updated the Mac to the current Catalina version, but that made the screens mirror each other and orientate the wrong way, they are facing each other like a book now. I've used the Display settings to try and change the direction to 90 degrees, but it will only change the one. When I click on the other screen name to change it 90 degrees it decides to rotate both screens.

How do I get back to using both my TV screens in the vertical orientation?
