Windows Vista and Itunes

Desperate help needed ...

ITunes setup on Windows Vista Laptop, 32 bit. I can't access the iTunes store through the application so I can't sync my library on the cloud !

Any ideas on how to get my music off old iTunes setup ? Would be eternally grateful .

You will likely need to move the library to a new computer first. See Move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Community. Vista is no longer supported and, in particular, anything related to secure sign in to the iTunes Store is likely to be broken as TLS 1.0 has been turned off at Apple's end.

Hi " The Fiend ",

End goal is to get access to my iTunes via my phone using Apple Music. As the iTunes on Vista is so old, it can't connect with the iTunes Store, to enable me to change the access for iCloud library.

It still plays the album's on iTunes on the laptop ... I.e Vista ( albeit slowly ). I've downloaded the latest itunes version for Windows Vista but it's not made the link to the iCloud library via the preferences tab and I can't sign in as it just says unavailable ( I presume this is because it's not supported anymore ).

Any help would be most appreciated before I go mad 🙄 !
