Why does my phone keep going to the lock screen? I have the raise to wake turned off. It comes on and off by itself..

iPhone11 will not lock Hi, I have a 5 week old iPhone 11 Pro and it has stopped locking. If I press the side button the screen turns off but when I wake the screen up by touching it, the phone is already unlocked even before doing ‘slide up’. Same if I leave it to ‘autolock’. The screen turns off but doesn’t lock. I have tried hard re-start, changed passcode, auto lock is set to 30 seconds. My husband has the exact same phone running the same IOS (I’m on 13.6) and we have compared settings - all our settings are the same and he doesn’t have the problem so I’m thinking this is a software/hardware glitch. Anyone come across this?

Lengthen time screen displays after Raise to Wake On my iPhone SE, we have the Raise to Wake option turned on. When we lift the phone while it is asleep, the screen displays but locks again in about 7 seconds. I want to lengthen how long it stays awake after Raise to Wake. I have the Auto-Lock set at 5 minutes. Help! Note: i selected iPhone SE (Gen 3) below, but i'm not sure if this is a Gen 3 or Gen 2. It is about 3 years old.

Did you install a work exchange email account on your phone recently?
