Forgot passcode

I just recently for some stupid reason changed my iPad mini 2's passcode.

And i know what are you gonna say, but if i try to connect it to iTunes

this error pops up and says: Your iPad has to be unlocked to connect to iTunes.

After that, i could reset my iPad like nothing happened, but when it is done

installing the software and is booting up, then when i see the lock screen,

it still asks me the passcode and instead of the deafult ios 12 wallpaper,

my old wallpaper is back. Also there is no first-time setup.

So, i hope that someone can help me, and here is all information about my device:

iPad mini 2

running IOS 12

32gb storage (lol i don't know how this could be helpful but..)
