Monetary Hold on Express Repair

How long does it take for Apple to disclose whether they are returning the money placed on hold after you return your device via FedEx. They received my device 2 days ago, and they have not released the hold on my debit card.

Both the company, Bed Bath and Beyond, and FedEx have policies which state they do not take responsibility for items not delivered. FedEx says they delivered at 4:26pm but someone was home and right next to the front door at 4:26pm and there was no knock. When they looked for the package at 4:46pm there was no package. How do I dispute this charge? There is no option for "product not delivered." There is an option for "item damaged or returned" and another option for "canceled service or items."

Apple.com Order issue Hello Everyone, I would like to share my experience with ordering from apple.com I have ordered new IPHONE 11 PRO on 14th of November. Based on the tracking information my order was delivered to the wrong address and even signed by someone who i don't know. I have immediately filled the Claim with FEDEX and FEDEX acknowledged the following issue and is currently making their own investigation, while APPLE refused to make any refunds or any actions for my order on this matter. Who had similar experience? Is this normal? They way it looks for me, is that i was charged for nothing (i did not even received the parcel from FEDEX) and now can't even get my money back.

Refund (Fedex returned my phone) I ordered the phone, but it was never delivered and the courier company sent it back to the sender. Apple has received the phone today. But I never received a refund, and not any information. I don’t know what to do, I don’t have the opportunity to call apple.
