MacBook Pro arrived damaged

So this is how my new MacBook arrived. I've contacted Apple support and they asked me to send them these pictures but I haven't heard back and they didn't really say how long this is going to take. Are they going make me wait another 2-3 weeks before they send a return shipping label and a replacement?
