Unable to login my Mac

Hi All,

I am unable to login my Macbook pro 2012. Tried resetting password and I belive its bot getting connected to apple server and also tried cmd+R where the globe screen is spinning and not able to connect to internet. Not sure whether it's taking my input from keyboard.

Could anyone help me out here and many thanks in advance.

Login password not accepted on my MacBook Pro I have a macbook Pro and cant log into my account when booting up it goes to ordinary password screen, but won’t accept valid password. If I press Enter with no password, it takes me to a different login screen with fields for both Name and Password. When I try to enter a username, it produces weird characters - non-English language characters and punctuation, mathematical symbols etc. And the password field only accepts some keys, it produces a refusal beep for others but seemingly quite random. I tried getting to safe mode but it is not working and once it rebooted to safe mode but I still couldn’t login, and now I can’t even get back there. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Try connecting your MacBook Pro by ethernet cable see if it resolves your issue.

If you suspect issue with keyboard are you able to type your apple id at the first screen of reset password window.

Use an external keyboard if you have to isolate the keyboard issue.

Try with different internet service provider see if it works else you may need to contact Apple support to get it fixed.
