IMovie and Icloud

I am unable to see the albums that I created on my iphone in the imovie app on my Mac. I currently have enough space on icloud so space available is not the problem. Any suggestions?

i ran out of storage. i am reviewing large attachments and want to save them to icloud, but a lot of the shared albums, or downloads locations offered by the save function is not in icloud. how do i save to PC or icloud? I am looking at the review large attachments and when wanting to save one o the attachments, if i select shared albums, my iCloud does not show the shared album. if i save to downloads, the file does not save in iCloud, my iCloud does not have the same shared album's saving large attachment to imovies does not work either because imovies is not in iCloud. How do i get these attachments saved? on PC or google photos or icloud... pretty annoying.

Photos Albums vs Folders What is the relationship between Albums and Folders? Is the folder the master file, with any number of albums inside? Or, the other way around?

Why can't I open saved iMovie files in iCloud on my phone? I am signed in to iCloud on my all my devices. Completed iMovie projects can be seen in iCloud but they are greyed out. In fact all material saved to iCloud is greyed out, therefore inaccessible. Apps where access is desired are turned to "on" in device iCloud Manage Storage settings. What good, then, is there in having access to iCloud from all devices when one cannot access anything in the Cloud?

iMovie for Mac only reads the photos from the Photos for Mac library. Doesn't read photos from the cloud.
