Apple ID does not work in iTunes Store

My iPhone doesn't allow me to log into the iTunes Store to update some apps even though I am entering my password correctly. I have checked my date and time settings and running the latest version on the iOS 13.5.1.I have switched all devices on/off. Help!

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! From what you mentioned, it sounds like you're running into some issues with getting apps updated due to an issue with getting signed in. We'd be glad to see what we can do to help you out.


Do you get a specific error when trying to sign in? If so, what does it say? Can you use that same Apple ID and sign into the iCloud site successfully, or does that fail as well? If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services, you can also check out the steps here, as they may help.
