Return process

Hi, I recently bought an Apple Watch series five for my dad and it wasn’t the one he wanted. Therefore I started the return process so after I got the refund I could get the bigger one. I have sent it through ups. And I have also gotten the delivery receipts, however on apple’s website it shows that the return process has only been initiated, and not received by Apple. What do I do?
