Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
My Apple-tv app on Samsung tv suddenly stopped working today. It won't open. I tried to reinstall it but get an error message 125059. All the other apps are working fine. What is wrong?

I called Apple first who told me to contact Samsung. Samsung told me to reset Smart Hub and pull out the plug for 30 minutes. This did not help. I called them back and they did factory reset from remote support. And then they told me to leave the tv unpluged for one hour. I doubt it will work. I think it is Apple who has problems.

Working now. Had to reinstall the App, from the Apps menu though. Much better than resetting the entire Smart Hub, and having to set up all the others apps again.
Hi everyone we have the same issue. I removed the app but now can’t download it. Any tips?
Nothing we can do, have to wait they fix this.. i think this problem comes from samsung..
