When I make or answer a call it bring me to the screen with call options (mute, keypad mute etc) and there is an audio button instead of a speaker button. When I hit auido I get a list of Audio, Speaker or Ipad. I don't know what caused this to start and it is very annoying and I cannot figure out how to remove the Ipad option. Help. I just want either audio or speaker.

I had the same issue. I was able to fix it. My iPad and iPhone were on two different WiFi networks within my house. I switched the iPad to the primary WiFi network in my house that the iPhone is attached to, and the iPad as an audio option has disappeared and now is fixed!
