Is there any way I can fix my iPhone if i downloaded an IOS 14 beta profile and now it is broken?

Use the instructions to go back to iOS 13.
You would have received them when you installed the developer-only beta.

Since the iOS 14 public beta is not yet available from Apple, you downloaded an illegally distributed beta versions. At least one poster here downloaded an illegally distributed iOS 14 “beta” that actually has now locked their device to an alternate iCloud AppleID. They have been unable to remove it since they do not know the password for the AppleID they have now installed on their device.
DO NOT just download stuff from unknown random web sites!
Apple’s own web site and App or MacOS stores are the ONLY source of Apple software, including Apple beta releases.
The only people with legal access to the Apple beta for iOS or iPadOS 14 are developers and the invited seeds. The public beta is not yet active.
