I ordered a MacBook Air and there was an offer for a free AirPods but when I completed the order I had a withdrawal for the free AirPods what should I do?
They charged me as well for the airpods, did you end up getting a refund for them?
That's what I thought, probably to prevent people to get free AirPods and cancelling their MacBook order

They weren’t, I placed the order today and cancelled when I saw the £159 had gone out because it looked unauthorised.
Not sure what I’m going to say to apple😬 hoping I can get it fixed

If the airpods were already shipped, then just return them. But the macbook, when shipped, should be charged with the 159 discount on it on top of the $100 off.
