Quick way to move from notes list to search bar.

I have well over 1K notes. How do I quickly move from my list of notes to the search bar? Scrolling is lengthy and frustrating. My notes are indexed by subject.

Tap above the Notes list at the top of the screen to scroll quickly up to the search field.

Navigating among notes in Notes app On the iPad, other than scrolling through the list on notes in the Notes app, is there another way to jump to the first note in the list of notes in the left panel? editing Notes with Pages. I thought the purpose was to edit the Notes, but it only is edited in Pages, to no effect of the Notes. Is there a push back, or default setting in Notes depending how I use it?
