I have been facing lot of issues with my iPhoneXR that is purchased in Nov. 2019.
The last issue was my phone was working very slow on WiFi. Went to the service center and as usual they reformatted the phone. Now the WiFi is working well, but automatic update on iCloud is not happening. Tried all possible remedies but none have worked. Any suggestions?

What exactly is "automatic update on iCloud"? iCloud in and of itself doesn't need to be updated as it's a cloud service.
If you go to settings it shows when the iPhone was last updated, and my phone generally used to get updated at night when it was on power mode and counted to WiFi. This is not happening now.
Tried Apple support and did all that was listed but nothing worked. Tried calling Apple Support they are scheduling my call for July 09 at 9:45A. I can’t wait for that long. Advise action?
