Having problems to download songs on my iPhone since a few days

Hi all,

since a few days I have massive problems to download songs via music app on my iPhone X (latest OS).

It worked before an it is still working on my iPad and my MacBook.

I restarted the iPhone several times and deactivated and activated Music Cloud.

I can listen to the songs via WiFi but I just can not download them. The download is stuck forever!

Does any body have a clue what this issue could cause??

Got a call from Apple this morning that they found a solution to this issue.

And yeah, for me everything works fine again! : )
