camera flash not working on iphone 11

when i go to turn on my flash it says i can’t because the battery is too low even when my phone is fully charged. it won’t even work on snapchat. when i turn on my flashlight that works but it won’t work on my camera. please help.

Try and Force Restart the phone as show below:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF)

See if the above procedure solves the flash on camera issue that you are having.
