How do get a still photo from video on iPhone 11?

With no home button, how do I get a still photo off a video on iPhone 11? Thx.

Play the video, pause it, drag the playhead to the frame you want to capture, wait for the playback controls to disappear, then take a screenshot and save it:--> Take a screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support
