Photos not syncing to iCloud

Hi,

I know there are many posts regarding this but I’ve tried all the options with no solution.

I just upgraded my iCloud to 2TB and turned on Photos syncing on my iPhone 11 Pro Max however the photos aren’t getting synced.

I turned Sync off, restarted the phone and turned it back on.

I enabled cellular data and unlimited uploads.

However, it is still not working on my phone or my Family Sharing phones.

Any solution to this problem will be appreciated.

Are you leaving the device plugged in and connected to WiFi?
