Face ID not working

Hello please I need help urgently, my Face ID keeps telling me to move iPhone higher and lower when I try to set it up, it never sets up it started after my phone was exposed to just a little water, I’ve tried restarting my phone more than 3x and I think the front portrait camera does not get blurry anymore...please help me with a reliable solution as I just bought this phone less than a month ago🙏🏾🙏🏾
