Icloud keep declining my payment

I got a notification 3 days ago, what about "your card was declined", i tried with applepay(with different card) but happened the same. I added money to itunes, and now its gone(i charged 3000huf, now i have 10huf(the icloud is 2990ft.)) What is happening? (i dont wanna lose my icloud bc. i have 40k photos in there)

How to fix a DECLINED PAYMENT METHOD? I have added multiple and valid payment methods for my apple id. Recently, today evening, the card was charged for an icloud upgradation but for any other app or purchases, right after 3 or 4 hrs, the same card is being rejected. Need to resolve this issu

See - If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support.
