I have a small black square box that suddenly has appeared on my iPad screen and I can't get rid of it.

Unwanted black box and white circle in center My wife and I both have iPad 12.9. Yesterday a small black box with a white circle in the center appeared on my wife’s screen. It can be moved anywhere on the screen. If taped, it brings op items one can access. How do you get rid of this box. I have tried everything I know in Settings but have found nothing to shut it down. I tried some oils comments on this help location. ie: Zoom, and others but they are all turned off. Looks like a spy camera in disguise. It is always in the way and must be deleted.

Ipad suddenly has small black box w white circle - Want to get rid of it Need to know how to get rid of small black box that has suddenly appeared on the right side of my screen and won't go away I have an iPad Pro 12.9" 2nd Gen running 14.8.1 Its a small black box with a white circle in the middle. Its on the side and not up with the apps. See attached pics If I click on it, it opens with icons like Custom, Home, Siri, Device. See 2nd pic. If it sits a bit, it becomes translucent. See 3rd pic If I open an app or a page on the internet, it shows through. See last pic

Has it got a white spot inside it?

No it has a battery and a white lightening bolt.
