startup automatically without password

My mac pro used to startup automatically without entering the password. Now it is requiring that I enter a password. How canI change this?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Sys Prefs>Users & Groups>Login Options>Automatic Login>You

Did you enable FileVault or Disk Encryption?

... cause if you did, you CAN'T login without a password (that would defeat the purpose of encryption).
