"We've determined that your purchase doesn't meet the conditions for a refund"
Hi,
My kid purchased one application without my knowledge and I was trying to report a problem and got the answer: ''We've determined that your purchase does not meet the conditions for a refund''.
Please advise how can i refund my money back from Apple? I didn't give a consent to this purchase and don't plan to use this app.
