As well as iPad/phones with lots of stored/downloaded media on them.
when camping there is often no/poor WiFi. Do I have to have a WiFi signal yo use my Apple TV with my phones. I want to play the media using screen mirroring like in my home.
You need some type of network set up, if you have a plan that allows your iPhone or other cell phone to be a hot spot you can use it.
