Apple Music stuck on splash screen

After Android updated my phone for a security update (I'm not happy with it forcing it on me, but this is Apple Support, not Android support), Apple Music won't open. It's been stuck on the splash screen for minutes now. I know this isn't an Android issue, as Google Play Music works just fine, but Apple Music is stuck on the splash screen. This hasn't happened before, and I'm not sure what's happening. If this forum can't help me, I'll try contacting an Android-specific forum.
