Phone keeps on restarting randomly at irregular intervals

My iphone XR KEEPS RESTARTING AT IRREGULAR INTERVALS. When any app is in use and it restarts, it actually deletes the text or message received just few minutes before and i can not retrieve it back.

this is getting worse. Please help.
