I was not able to connect my airpod pros. They are flashing white yet still will not connect to my Iphone. The IPhone is updated, they headphones are fully charged and I'm within the distance. I have reset the airpod pros and they still do not work. .

None of these things addressed the issue. The apple technician I spoke with said it was a hardware issue. Thanks for your help.

If you read the issues I discussed, and read this thread, you'll see that it doesn't not address my issue.
