Update Payment Information

So for some reason, my phone has decided to decline my bank card and is telling me to update it or add a new one but every time I try, it gets declined. Has anyone had this problem before and know a solution? I’ve added a photo of what it looks like if that helps. Thanks.

See If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203005.
