As I understand it, when you use Anchor to create a podcast, they submit it under their Apple ID, not yours. This effectively makes it their podcast as far as Apple is concerned, and you won't have access to it in Podcasts Connect. I don't believe an existing podcast can be moved from one Apple ID to another, for obvious sercurity reasons and possibly also for technical ones. Your only course would be to find another hosting service and get Anchor to release the podcast to that, using the standard method for telling iTunes to use a different feed. I don't know whether they are wiling to do that, you'd have to take it up with them.
You can of course simply continue to add episodes in the normal way. As you can't get into Podcasts Connect you can't access the statistics, nor delete the feed. You wouldn't be able to validate it there in any case - you can't do this once a feed is submitted.
