Black bar of dead pixels at the bottom of my MacBook Pro 13 inch (2016) display

Hey,

my MacBook Pro 13 inch (2016, without touch bar) recently started to show a black bar at the bottom of the screen where pixels are black. At the upper edge of the black bar, pixels seem to glow when something is moved over them. Here are some pictures:

Interestingly, this black bar disappears, when the display stays on for a longer period of time just to reappear the next day after some time of not using it.

I've tried resetting nvram, pram and I've also completely reinstalled everything. This seems to be a hardware problem. Does anyone know what this is?

Thanks!

MacBook Pro
