Black screen on my new macbook pro 2019 model - 16 inch

I bought a new mac book pro last week.

Installed few basic software's, upgraded the OS and file vault etc. even created one more user as admin.

Worked fine for 2 days.

Yesterday, I restarted it when one of the applications was not working properly. after restart, the black screen came.

I did many things but no luck.

NVRAM reset

shift + power button

What can I do ? is it a brightness issue ( as brightness was low before)

how can we control brightness with just a touch-bar.

The apple logo never comes neither I hear any sound after I open the lid.

Only sound I hear is stopping of the fan when i force shut down.

When I open the lid, i can hear it start and all and also gets little heated up too ( but with black screen cant do anything.

i never dropped it or damaged it or anything.

Kindly suggest, how do I fix the issue.
