Hello--my IMac is freezing during Zoom calls. Sometimes, when I refresh the video, by stopping video and starting video, I can't even see myself when others can. It freezes several times during calls. It is a 2017 IMac, and is updated with Catalina. I have sought some IT support from Apple, but all that was said was tell me to decrease some files. It is still freezing and really troublesome for my work.

If the freezing is with these two apps then I'd start by contacting Zoom to check their forums for freezing issues in Catalina. The best we can offer is to please do the following:
