Playback issue on v380s camera app.

Hello,

I wonder if someone experienced issue with v380s recording playback. I am using this app on iPhone 8+ to access cameras installed in our office. The live camera connects just fine, but whenever I try to play a recorded video, it just keep loading most of the times and some time starts the video, plays a few seconds and then gets stuck.

The same app works fine on my colleague's android device, so I am not sure if this is something with the app or ios, but if there is any alternative app that works better please let me know.
