Can you put one of your dual lines on do not disturb
I have a work line and a personal I would like only my personal to ring when office hours are over. Can I do that?

Unfortunately, the Do Not Disturb feature is global and therefore applies to both of your lines on your iPhone. One alternative is to turn OFF the personal line on your iPhone during work hours. The disadvantage here is that not will all calls go automatically to voicemail but your text messages will be held until you turn that line back ON.
