Titles, descriptions, or tags, to photos in iPhone?

Can you add a title, a description, or tag photos in the iPhone Photos app? I know you can do this in the iMac Photos app.

Can you move or copy an image from Photos to Files? I have some images and movies that I would like to move or at least copy from Photos to Files. When I Air Drop an image or movie to the phone or pad it automatically goes into Photos. This isn’t content I want in my Photos library. Is there any way to move or copy it into Files? How do I add names and tags to photos on my iPad Pro? I am in the process of organizing all of the photos that I have (several thousand) and I am using my iPad Pro. I’m and trying to add the names of the individuals in the photos and keywords. I know how to do it on my iMac and laptop but for some reason I can’t figure out how to do it on my iPad Pro. If there is not a way to do this using the Photos app on the iPad does anyone have any recommendations for a particular app that I can download that would make it seamless to add the detail? i am also familiar with how to Confirm Additional People. But only seems to work on certain photos.

Photo Titles on iPad (IOS) Apparently Apple allows you to add Titles to each photo in Mac OS Photos, but not in IOS (iPad,) nor can you see the Titles you added on your Mac while viewing them in IOS. Does Apple have any plans to fix this glaring omission. I say glaring because the time when displaying a descriptive title for any given photo is most useful is when you are browsing & showing photos to friends/family, and that will most likely be on your portable IOS device. That's when you will most likely need a title/caption to remind you of the photos location or date. It's unlikely you will be asking your family/friends to gather around your desktop Mac just to view all your photos. It seems like fairly easy coding on Apple's part to add this feature where it's truly needed.

I don't know of a way in the current iOS 13 but see the following regarding the upcoming iOS 14 from https://www.apple.com/ios/ios-14-preview/features/
